Toni is one of our most tenured employees at Paz Veterinary. She came to us way back, when we were known as Austin Corner Vet and quickly established our standard of care for the technician staff. Toni has an interesting career story-arc coming from the insurance industry years ago but her Kansas farm girl roots and her sensibility got the best of her and she has excelled as a technician, a lead trainer and even operation management. She left Corner Vet for a great opportunity at Thrive Vet Care and opened one of their more successful hospitals.

She returned back to Paz when a management role opened for her and has brought even more experience and success back with her. She is a fan favorite and knows her way around a hospital and takes patient care serious. Toni completed tech training at Penn Foster and began her career at Sunburst Animal Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.

She does way more than just create spreadsheets, solve logistics and research/implement new veterinary technology – she also rides motorcycles (with a helmet on), cultivates an organic garden, mother of many plants and two active dogs-Rayne (black mouth cur) and Declan (Labrador Retriever mix). You can probably catch Toni out on a trail hike all over Austin with her dogs. So get to know her! Maybe you will get some fresh tomatoes or some 2-wheelin advice.
