LOUISIANA GAL

Dr. Liz Miller was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Louisiana State University. After completing her studies, she moved to the Northeast to pursue a rotating internship at the University of Pennsylvania.

In the summer of 2021, Dr. Miller relocated to Austin, where she has spent the past three and a half years serving the community as an emergency veterinarian. She has a particular interest in cardiovascular and renal diseases and finds deep fulfillment in supporting pet owners through every stage of their animal’s care.

Dr. Miller lives with her husband and their fox-like dog with the most perfect ears, Brinkley. On her days off, she enjoys lake walks, Pilates and spin classes, and exploring as many of Austin’s restaurants as she can.
